Static trianglemesh wtf

I’d like to know why the ‘static trianglemesh’ bound setting doesn’t work, as if the object is ignored by bullet. I need it for some non-convex meshes.

Here’s an example:

I thought the “static” part of static trianglemesh meant it was stsic, meaning it doesn’t move. Maybe I’m just a dumbass though.

It’s not just static, but a ghost. Take a look at the .blend. P to play in the active window. The cube goes trough the box.

Don’t make it Dynamic. Then it works. Unless there is some reason the receiving box has to be Dynamic. It depend on what you are using this for.
