I have been a customer for 1 year now, I forgot to cancel my subscription. The same day it was renewed I contacted them, and ask for their help. Yes they was right to take the money, but they did not bother to answer me, the first time the second time. The third time they answer with a short answer, that I could cancel for next year (2021), I said to them that they do not answer my question for refund. Arrogant and very little customer friendly. Stay away from them, is my advice
