As part of a college assignment we were creating steampunk style models, this is what i came up with :), what do you guys think?
I like them, haven’t seen any styled like this. But shouldn’t there be reflections on the glass? I think it looks more like transparent plastic.
Awesome! But I agree with Achatos. You need some reflections on the glass. Try setting up an hdr enviroment or just put a plane behind the camera. It will make your render better.
Also, don’t just take an image, than copy and flip it, so it seems like 2 renders. Actually try and make 2 renders 
I really like the texture on the belt. Exellent job there.
