Good first step and welcome to blender. 1 of the things I noticed is that a lot of the time most of the characters are not always moving. In real life you will notice that things always move.
Also to help with flow you should try and block your animation out. Meaning create key poses and go back in several steps to add more detail.
Keep up the good work and good luck!

Not a bad start, a couple things though.
PS. don’t mention your age, at least not to point out that you are young, it will reduce the ability to make an objective judgement of your work.
Morio: if you are talking about the stuff behind the title that is instead of the scrolling Japanese that The Matrix looks like on regular monitors.
It is a good start and I agree with what koots2 said.
As your skills improve you can go back and make adjustments to it.
DJ_BOXER: I actually meant the sound in the beginning

I just bought it 3 days ago.
I won’t go back and make adjustments. I would start from scratch. Practice over and over and over. Starting over everytime. I bet that will get you the results u want.
I see your using Fedora Linux! I just downloaded FC10-live and burned it onto a disk.
Great animation, I’ve seen animations of the matrix before and yours is definitely better.
