Still having ipo animation and bounds problems i

Ive made a new thread concerning my last thread. I started a new blend file and used just cubes to act as my helicopter and landing gear, I am still having the same problem. I turned on physics visualization as was suggested in my last thread by Monster. It did give me an ideal of what the problem was but still no way to fix it. I think it may have to do with the bounds, but Im not sure. Im going to post a blend file with the cubes so maybe someone can figure out what Im doing wrong or of course not doing at all.
