Still Life

This was my final project of the second semester at college. The task was to create a render with emphasis on materials. I decided for a photorealistic approach, trying to mainly utilize both materials and lighting to create a believeable and visually pleasing still life environment. All work was conducted in Blender.

The lighting is great, especially the subsurface scattering on the cheese.

Thank you, the cheese was arguably the trickiest thing to get right

This looks amazing but I think that the cheese could have some more imperfections? It looks plastic but the subsurf scattering is spot on!
