still reflective surface texture?

hi all, i know that we can use bake to have shadow in the uv texture. can we bake reflective surface ? i do not need real time reflection.
Any ideas any1? =D

I believe this can be accomplished using environment mapping.

You should also be able to bake it. In the’Map Input’ of your second texture slot choose ‘Refl’ instead of ‘UV’ and you can then bake the reflection in the usual way.

Mind you - I think that realtime reflections using the 'the realtime texturemapping look fab and do they really eat up the horsepower??? I don’t know…
