Stop objects being moved by empty's?


I’m making an animation where I’ve got a character burning. The flames move by empty’s. How do I stop the character from being affected by them?


If the emptys are not parented to the character or there are no constraints of any kind linking them then moving the empty won’t move the character unless you have proportional editing on (toggle on/off with keyboard O).
If this is not the case you need to supply more info. Attach your blend file and describe exactly what doesn’t work.
