strange animation rendering problem with multiple cameras

Hi,

I have set up 4 cameras each one of them moving to shoot 4 sides of my model. (using ctrl+B to switch cameras during animation)

Then I try to render animation and it seems that it just output the very first position of camera for all 800 frames! It doesn’t render my camera animation at all…

When I use just a single camera, it renders normally my animation…

What should I do in order to render normally while using multiple cameras??

I’m using 2.63 and Cycles render engine.

thanks!!

Does it switch the active camera when you play the timeline or when you are in Rendered viewport shading ?

yes, it works perfectly in both cases…

Just tried a test and appears to work correctly. Attach or post a link to your blend file.

here it goes…
deviceAnim_a.blend (870 KB)

You have a clip in the Video Sequencer Editor. In the Render / Post Processing settings untick ‘Sequencer’ so your render doesn’t use it

oh…my bad!!
'sorry for stupid post…let’s say that it’s the price to pay for being newbie!!
thanks a lot, richard, I owe you one big!
