Strange artifact on new session

I opened my file to continue where I left it last night, and I found that in solid and wireframe mode there is this strange artifact… buf… It is too hard to explain. Please check out this screenshot:

It is as if my model has been trapped by that strange shape… that is not a shape anyway. But it has the shape of an extremelly long piramid with a square base.
Then, new objects that are added to the scene appear to have an emission shader applied, although they have not.

Do not know what’s going on…

Thanks @fed_edf! it was exactly that.
And the emission shading appearance was coming from the HDR viewport shading I was using.
All solved! Uf! I thought I lost my work…
