I followed this tutorial I am doing a wine bottle though I don’t think that would make too much difference.

The label appears fine but how do I get rid of the blue UV wrap lines?

The first thing you do is supply the relevant information required for someone to help you.
Please ALWAYS supply a demo .blend file and ALL relevant textures (pack into blend file using File / External Data menu before saving your file)
