Strange holes, how do I connect vertices?

There are these “strange vertices” when I am making my Toyota truck. There is these weird thing where I can’t find out to connect my vertices.
It makes a hole in here

and it looks weird in object mode.

Update: this is also happening in my windows.

Hello? Nobody responding? This is getting a bit rude

I have found blender.stackexchange more useful than this site for problem solving.

Coming to your problem, what holes you are talking about? Those long vertical empty space between the panels and the giant black?

Have you tried removing doubles and re-calculating normals? or maybe the mesh disappears because you are in perspective mode. Try switching to objective mode by pressing num 5.

No! I am trying to talk about the holes in my vertices. I have no idea how to connect them together.

Vertices are the actual dots that you see. To join them, you have to select bot the dots or vertex and press Alt + M. then choose merge. If this is not the issue, kindly share the blend file or mark the issue using paint.

Vertex

I am just showing different ways to connect. You can choose either of the method.
Merge at last merges at the vertex last selected.
Merge at first merges at the vertex first selected. and so on.

I don’t know why the GIF is not auto playing. Download it to check the procedure.

To connect the vertices together, you have to:

Go to the snapping section and select vertex

Select the vertex and move towards the vertex you want to connect to by holding CTRL or enabling the magnet by pressing Shift + Tab until the vertex moves automatically in place, which is shown by the orange circle.

After that, click with the left mouse button, select the whole mesh, press F3 and search for ‘Merge by Distance’ in order to join them completely. Click on that and your vertex is now connected.

Hope this helps.

any chance of seeing the .blend? I was looking at this earlier but I cant tell from the images what was goin on.
