Strange mesh deformation on move bones

When I move the head bone (for example) I get this deformation:

The eyes cylinders dont follow the mesh. Happen same with the belt.

I was trying to fix this for hours but I cant. Please help.

Sorry. There is the model. Try to move the head bone. You will see the error that I say. Meshes like the “eyes” and the belt dont follow well the body mesh.
