Strange problem in shading, please help

Hello blender comunity, i am having a real strange shading problem with my model. I imported it from Maya to Blender in an fbx format and this strande shading apeared. i tried recalculating normals, adding and removing smooth, but i can’t seem to figure out the issue. also, when i subdivide, the shading error disappears , any ideas?

1st(model with smooth)
2nd(model without smooth)
3rd(model subdivided once)

I’d assume that the model was imported with a custom vertex normal map, which Blender can’t deal with correctly for some reason. Go to the Object tab and click Geometry Data > Clear Custom Split Normals Data.
