Strange seam lighting after normal map is applied

I have been messing around with baking normal maps for the first time.

I am hitting some problems with the lighting for each UV island after i applied the normal map.

Each island is being shaded separately and is being lit differently from each other island.

any ideas as to what is causing this and how i can make my model shade evenly.

Did you set your normalmap color space to non-color on the image node?
