Stretch to with vertex groups

I am 3d modeling a laptop with a flexible hinge, inspired by the surface book. When it is folded, however, the hinge doesnt touch the top and bottom of the laptop, but barely. Is there any stretch to constaraint i can use in order to make sure the hinge touches the laptop constantly?

Well, sure, it’s called “stretch to” and there’s both a bone and an object version.

But you’d be better off fixing the model/pivot. Real life laptops don’t stretch.
