Hi there. I’ve downloaded one tool(CGFMDL SUITE) for the game. It will exploring packed data file and can export files inside that packed data. And it has python addon tool for Blender 2.79 too. For example,
Tools list:
CGFMDL SUITE (inside it has PES_Staff.py which you must to put in Blender 2.71 scripts folder and enable it. That will be show in Scene panel)

- Open CGFMDL, select downside fmdl and export it usin g export p2b file
- Import p2b file inside Blender 2.79 (P2B importer)
- Press import.
