Stuck on view similar to edit mode after editing

Hi!I finished editing a mesh and when I went back to object mode the view was stuck on something that looks similar to the edit mode (wire outlines, no surfaces). How can I change it back to the default view?Thanks!Lara

Are you in wireframe view ? Toggle solid/wire with shortcut Z
