stupid rotated UVs

There is a thing I can’t understand.
When I press “UVcalculation/Standard 1/1” (etc) I get many of rotated UV faces. Why?
How can I solve this?

select each face not rotated the way you want, then press “R” and that face will rotate.

ok, I know this, but this is big work if I have many faces…

… then select many faces at once… or rotate the mapped image itself.

In Face Selection mode, if you press R over the 3D window, you can rotate the faces but incrementation of 90 degrees.

Are you mapping the faces pointing away from you on the same step that the faces pointing toward you? That is usually a bad idea.
