Stuttering Eevee render?

Hi,

I’ve just been messing around with Blender 2.8 and Eevee and was wondering why I’m struggling to get a smooth render:

Just a basic scene with some glare and lens distortion added in the compositor. I then rotated the HDRI map that I’m using to get the ‘sheen’ effect but I’m wondering why the render isn’t smooth.

I did a render in cycles and it’s very smooth.

Is this just a limitation of 2.8 at the moment?
