I beleive i posted this to finished works a couple months ago, but now I think i want to revisit it and see what you guys think needs a little tweaking. Intended for realistic in look.
First step would be to add a better texture to the grass, then you can show variations in colour for the grassy areas, and even better would it to be sinking into the earth and turning to ice at the poles 
Start with that, then play with clouds I love the idea though.
Have something really innocent and mundane floating on the water. I’m thinking a rubber ducky would be perfect. And a dude fishing sitting on a stool on the land. That would really bring out the scale. And also vary the grass as above. I don’t think you’re going to get much realism into it but you could really make it look fantastically out of scale.
