This work was created in 3D using Blender, but the final render was done with a Non-Photorealistic Rendering (NPR) approach to give it a unique, stylized look.
To achieve this style, instead of aiming for realism, the following techniques were used:
• Bold contour lines (Freestyle) to highlight shapes and forms
• Flat and hatching shading to add texture and depth
• A limited, rough color palette to create a samurai-fantasy atmosphere
Therefore, although the model is entirely 3D, its visual style intentionally leans toward modern NPR, giving it a distinct feel compared to realistic renders.
