Helo everyone.
I know Blender a long time, but only the modeling and sculpting pieces, so I’ve never played with animations until some days ago.
I’ve started a project to a game and maybe a short animation, so I’ve used Bender to sculpt the character with multiress modifier and during the workflow I’ve noticed that it doesn’t support things like edge crease from the edit mode and the regular subdivision does.
So, in one animation like Sprite Fright, Blender uses the regular subdivisions, but in my case, the art style is more similar to Pixar / Disney animations.
Since I already have 7 subdivisions levels in multires, how should I proceed?
It’s possible or even a good idea uses mutiress like a smoothing tool in animations? There is some “need” to change to regular subdivisions since it supports edge crease?
Any advice is welcome, and TYVM.
