subdivide fractal

I have just started with a tutorial and it uses the subdivde fractal

Where do I find that? I have Blender 2.67 and I would do W for subdivide 10 times.
then w again and go to fractal button but I didn’t find it.

I looked at Blender Wiki and I tried F9 which didn’t work and also looked at mesh tools under subdivide and all i can do is click subdivide which I have done already.

look in tool panel after adding subdivide
there is a menu where you can select fractal !

That worked for me. Thank you. Working on a forest and I just started it. Hopefully it will turn out for me.
