Subdivision + Displacement, broken edge


I’ve encoutered little (i hope!) problem while modeling and texturing. I have a cylinder, I’ve created UV map and used Subsurf modifier and displacement twice (first for little displacement second for deeper one). The problem is that near the edge texture is “stretched” and the object edge seems to be skewed (not my intention).
I’ve tried making edge loops or modifing crease and nothing seems to work
Is there a way to fix that without applying all the modifiers?


Can’t see in Object Mode, but it looks like there is no UV Seam around the edge.
