Submiting an Add-On?

Well, what do I need to do to submit an add-on? Just creating a page on BA? Or do I need to upload it somewhere else?

if there’s interest into it, the devs / moderators will pick it up and do a code review, will ask you to improve it if necessary and eventually give you SVN access if you are willing to maintain your addon.
