Substance Painter textures to Blender

Hi. I created texture for my orc and it looks fine in substance painter, but in blender it looks very weird. Please, help me solve this problem.

did you export with blender options ?. If so you need to connect all the maps to the shader. It looks like normal/displacement and roughness are missing.

This is my shader. May you tell me what is wrong here?

You have two displacement nodes and no connection from image to the shader output for displacement. Get rid of one and connect all the way through.

I’m sorry but It still looks not like it looks in substance

Normal map is plugged into the strength and not color and the displacement has totally bad settings. You played around with it without knowing anything… Reset it and for displacement you need a proper high res topology. Normal map works just like that.

I reseted it but now orc looks like first screenshot. What do you mean high res topology? I have high poly version of this model. And how do I need to join high res topology to displacement?

I can’t see the Normal map node well enough here - did you select your UV map there in the field for it?

yes, but nothing changed

HIgh res for a displacement texture means you put a subdivision surface modifier on your low res map and set a value for render while retaining the performance improvements in the viewport by setting the viewport number lower.

Have you set the displacement method in the material setting to bump and displacement? Also displacement scale should be pretty low at 0.003 if your character is realworld scale.

You could also lower the normal strenght. I’ve seen a youtube video, where they said that substance normals look too strong in blender for some reason. That should get rid of the unnatural shinyness.

I hate to be that guy, but Substance Painter to Blender isn’t a one to one situation in shader setup, you are going to need to tune the levels of Blender to achieve the same look. Nobody here is going to open your project in both softwares and compare for you, we can only respond to what is wrong in your blender shader setup.

Right. And there is lighting too. Just with some default Hdri, its not going to look good.
