Subsurf Question / help needed.

When I’m in edit mode, the teeth are longer, in object mode they are shorter. Maybe I accidently pushed a button somewhere…

Any idea why and how do I fix it?

in edit mode meshes are shown [usually] NOT deformed by the armature, so something about your rigging is changing the size of the teeth.

[there’s an option on the armature modifier to show the result in edit mode, but it can make editing the mesh very difficult]

Thanks for your help.

I found the problem. I have the teeth parented to a bone which was in the open mouth (IPO open) position. Once I put the bones back into their original rotation / location the problem went away.
