Sudden Rotation lock which ignores all settings

Hi everybody,

I have a weird problem and hope you can help me.

Yesterday I sculpted and rigged a model with some nice extra features such as animated clothes and particle hair. Everything went smoothly until I opened the file today and saved it with a new name cause I wanted to try something different.

Suddenly, my pose mode is completely locked. No matter what I do, all transformations are ignored. I can move the character alone which then of course gets horribly deformed, and I can move the armature as an object which drags the character along smoothly, as it should be. But when I try tro move single bones, Blendes kicks me in the face.

I already unchecked “Lock rotation” which was for some unknown reason checked for all the bones. It worked magnificently for ONE bone which then froze itself and all others again.
I looked for constraints and found none.
I ploughed through the net and read that I should try unchecking “Manipulate object centres only”. But it wasn’t checked in the first place. Repeatedly clicking on it changed nothing.
Reloading didn’t help either.

All my transform settings are green and ignore me no matter what I do.

Is it a bug (cause I installed 2.64a last night) or am I simply stupid?

I uploaded the .blend file to my homepage at: http://www.astridvollenbruch.de/Anga012.blend

I hope someone can help me.

This means your model has keyframes applied. Go to the frame with the keyframes (turns yellow and line in timeline) and delete keyframes by RMB on the values

Oh. You are so right. I deleted all keyframes except the one on Frame 1.

Thank you!

Ok, sorry for the double post but… did they change something in 2.64a? Cause now I find that once I set a keyframe (in Frame 1), I can’t change the pose in later frames again! It seems that the first set of keyframes freezes all others. It wasn’t like that before. :frowning:

Help…? Please…?

Ok, I solved it myself. Thanks.
