On the right is communication device. They would use it to lure animals, to cryptically communicate on longer distances or play music for fun.
Any type of metal is extremely rare. It is considered very exotic, something from far away. There would be rumors about individuals who are in possession of such things. Especially if it is molded into a shape.

They would use it only as a last resort to stay awake. Because it could lead to permanent hallucinations and degrade health. Life or death type of situation.
Highly developed hearing. Hunters would usually keep their hair shaved around ears to further amplify their hearing ability.
Freckles are extension of nose. They allow them to have 360 degrees sense of smell. In combination with ear whiskers it gives them elevated spatial awareness. Sixth sense.
One buckle would be enough to get attention. Nobody have seen so many on just one hunter. Some consider it wasteful.
