This project was to learn how to use the Tree gen add-on and to do grass.
The leaves and grass are both particle systems.
The project took ~28hr start to finish.
Cycles 150 samples.
Feedback is welcome.

Great job for a test. You could add something in the background to finish out the render.
I really like the way you’ve done the stream bank. I see so many streams and ponds with lawn grass growing right up to the water.
The tree seems a bit young. It is sitting on a rather large mound, which reads as a mass of tree roots under the surface pushing the ground up, but the trunk is that of a relatively young tree.
Also, the diameter of the mass of leaves and branches, which we can see, should be roughly the same as the diameter of the underground root mass, which we can infer from the diameter of the mound. To match the mound, the leaf and branch mass should be about 50% larger in diameter, which would need a much more massive trunk (and lower branches) to support it.
Overall, you’ve done a really nice job with the landscape and the water feature. Good work. Welcome to BlenderArtists
