I just wanna show of some of me work! 
I like the first one - it’s not just a breath of fresh air, but wind from the seas. The first is quite balanced, and leads the eye to the central theme.
The second one is okish - you have used light quite well, however, if you lose the doggy ears, it would be better as the ears just don’t mold in there.

Well, the ears were on his head–but I understand if it’s not your type of thing. XD (Not to mention it was a requirement for the final.) And they aren’t doggy. They’re fox. Just so you know. But thank you, though. I know it may not look like it “fits” but if you knew my husband, you’d know that those ears fit him perfectly, though it might have been better with a background. But thank you for the thought, though! I appreciate it when people take the time to give me their thoughts because I can use them in future pictures.
I really love vector art and I’m learning a lot about how to do it. I’m glad you like it.

These are some great images, the mermaid is beautiful and I also really like the man in the library. If you don’t mind me asking, how did you do the Oasis picture? Is it painted in a photo editing program or is it all by hand? Nice work, thanks for sharing.
