WOW, this is the most offtopic thing i have ever posted yet, but as i am not subscribed to any other forum, I’ll ask it here. I have Flight Simulator X Acceleration Expansion Pack for Windows Vista, and whenever i try to play, it runs in the infamous trial mode and asks for product activation. i give the product key, and it is successful. everything good. or is it? it’s still in trial mode (i can tell by no multiplayer and that 30 minute limit thing) and i don’t know where i can send an email message to microsoft, nor can i activate by telephone, as i cannot find where it is! so, where can i get custom support from microsoft?
Lacking support is often a common problem with closed source. I don’t have a solution for your specific problem, but rather an alternative. Give Flightgear a try. There is support on forums and IRC etc. It will run straight as there is even a bootable LIVE-CD (see Quicklinks). http://www.flightgear.org/
