First I wanna ask that is it “cloak” in English? Anyway, I made couple videos of superman’s cloak, One with motion blur and one without it. Tell me what you think of them?

Pretty good effects, not much to choose between them but I think I prefer the second one.

Yes, it is spelled cloak, but I think what Superman has is a cape. Anyway it looks nice except I think it is a little bit shiny and also the “S” on the back covers too much of the cape. Its more like “Superman’s Beach Towel” or “Superman’s Curtain”. His cape is red, and the logo, as already mentioned, is smaller and all yellow on his cape (when there is one.) Additionally, a superhero’s cape is usually narrower at the top (to match the width of his/her neck) to wider at the bottom (to gain all the drama of proper billowing in the wind.) Then, there’s Spawn’s cape, which is a whole other animal and way off-topic, eh?
As to the particular way yours is billowing in the wind, there are some wrinkles that are not moving, certainly not naturally. I’d suggest taking into account the info provided by COG’s flag and water motion tutorials to help things look more natural, here. And, remove the spec, as already mentioned - its too “shiny”.
In the future, you might consider posting something of this nature in the “Tests” forum or perhaps WIP or FC. This is clearly not a finished work of art, as is evidenced by your submittal of two versions with the request to pick our fav. If you’re not certain about aspects of your work, posting in one of those forums will give your peers an oportunity to provide feedback prior to your finishing it and posting it here. No biggie, in my book, but just FYI.
