I do know there are some people here who own and run a studio , which is why I would like to ask a few questions regarding to a workplace practise class I’m taking.
Questions:
How do you calculate overtime and part time work - since different countries have different salaries for a standard working day?
Do you pay by a hourly rate or by the job satisfaction of the scene?
Does the type of gender, experience or cultural aspects[race] take any account in employee participation, opinion or rights.
