Attempting to emulate the thousands of sushi photos on the web. Cheesy photos are harder to do than I imagined.
that looks good, but in my opinion the fish doesn’t look glossy/wet enough to me ^^

Perhaps more specularity could add more freshness…

A bit more reflectiveness on the soy and tea could be good, too.
