Extension for inkscape being worked on allowing you to export SVG as HTML5 where the graphics are drawn using javascript within a canvas tag.

Very very new code, so there are bugs and not everything is supported, but basic functionality is working and is a very promising start!

Would be so cool to combine this with TK’s SVGWriter module from freestyle. Could be a great way to serve out animations on the web.
