Swamp Re arrange

I’m trying to turn this first image into something like the second.

The flower and vine around the cypress knee are blender but I’m not sure I like them. I want to incorporate 3d rendering with this somehow…

1.   Maybe vines growing upward in a circle and then flowering into a crown?
   

2.   Or maybe nothing growing on the Cypress knee at all?
   

3.   I need to cover the grassy area on the right with something.
   

4.   I’m also thinking of having a branch over head with a flowering vine hanging down. too much?
   

Any input would be appreciated.

I finished. I removed some of the blender and distanced the horizon. what do you think?

Nice work. The flowers stand out to me as being less realistic than the rest of the image, as well as the stems.
