The summer render is fantastic. You even have the clumpiness of grassland, excellent observation and modelling. If the other one is winter, it is too lush. Nature dies back in the cold months of temperate climates: the grass lies flatter (I think that ice crystals rupture stem cell walls so the leaves are not held up) and many broad-leaved species die back in the cold.

But almost everyone loves summer more, and this is where you excel!
