Sword in the Stone - Low Poly

I’ve always liked this style of modeling and I decided to give it a try.

Here’s my last render in low poly style. Any feedback is appreciated

Look at the thumbnail – “where is the sword?”

Likewise the full-size image: “where is the sword??”

If “the sword in the” stone is supposed to be the crux of the piece, then, by gawd, “let there be sword!” Get closer. Discard most of the background. Consider a portrait rather than landscape orientation so that your framing emphasizes the beam of light.

I have a couple of cardboard “cropping tools,” made from a picture-frame cut in half, which I routinely use to find “the picture within the picture,” and it’s easy to see how I would use them here. The picture’s in the middle of your picture.

Then, “let there be sword!” Make the sword dis-proportionately large if you need to. Make it shine, make it stand out. It’s the star of the show. (Without it, “it’s just a rock in the sun.”)

make the sword shiny so anyone can see it , even if you have to add a spark with PS,
