I wan’t to scuplt using a graphics tablet - how do I navigate without a mmb? Is there a way?

I’m not sure if there’s any standard way. I set the tablet to left-click when tapping the surface, and assign RMB and MMB to the pen buttons. I also keep a connected mouse just north of the tablet to quickly switch on the fly.
To change proportional edit-size without a scroll wheel, you can use pg up/dn. To change circle selection size, you can use +/-.

Try the “Emulate 3 button mouse” option under “User Preferences/Input”

I can’t assign mmb to the pen button… I have a scroll weel though ^^
