I was going to post this as a question but I fixed my problem. I thought I would post solution. I am using windows with an intuos 4 tablet and pressure wasn’t working in Blender. I was getting pretty annoyed and about to post here on the forums when I decided to try uninstalling and then reinstalling my drivers. As I was look for the uninstall utility in the wacom program folder I noticed there was a preference backup utility. On a hunch I just deleted my preferences and luckily this ended up fixing the issue! Hope this helps someone in the future.
