It is a Sentry gun with the animation for the Transformation from Level 1-3^^
Everything made with Blender exepted by Camera Tracking 
Wow! That looks amazing! I play TF2 often, and this looks great. The tracking is good and the animation and speed of deployment follows the actual sentry almost exactly. The model is excellent too.
The only problem is that you forgot to make the unpacking box disappear.
Looks awesome! You might need to fix some of the modeling, because it a bit different from the actual thing. Like the height for level 3 sentry compared to level 2. But thats just my opinion.
