Once did tech support for a well known ISP. The conversation went something like this.
Her: I’m trying to connect the internet but it keeps saying no dial tone. (dial up ugh)
Me: BLAH BLAH BLAH scripts, BLAH
10 minutes later I decide to think outside of the box.
Her: Well we just moved in I don’t see why it wouldn’t be working.
Me: Well do currently have phone service at your house?
Her (after long pause): Oh… you mean I have to have the phone turned on before I can connect?

I try applying for one, man it was boring and takes a lot of multitasking while listing and spelling things correctly. I nearly fell asleep.
Also need perfect typing skills too.
