i’m totally new to all of this but can someone please help me getting ter2blend to work under windows XP home edition? i’ve searched all FAQ’s and databases but still found nothing. Love blender but still learning.

Well the part of how to change the path in the autoexec.bat file because it seems that XP doesnt work with the bat. file so where to change it then. Im using blender 2.23 and python 2.2. I think its the python path but i’m not sure. I’ve visited the site you’ve mentioned and in win98 i can get it done but not under win XP im using now.
Ah, OK. You need to edit your parameters under Control Panel in XP.
Do the following:
- Open Control Panel
- Seelct System
- Select the Advanced tab
- Select the Environment Variables button
- Select New under System Variables and enter the line that would normall correspond to your autoexec.bat file
Should solve your problem.

Thanx for answering real soon but i feel a bit…because it still doesnt work. Keep getting this error that the dll or something like that doesnt correspond to the Python version im using. Do i have to type the “set pythonpath” line too or what in the system variables… What do i have to type then? hope you can help me optherwise i just have to design my own landscape in Blender

If you dont want to use ter2blend at all.
Theres a reason ter2blend isn’t working for you… It only works with python version 2.01… you said you have 2.2 version…
