testing cycles for the first time

doing some tests on this watch model I made sometime back… learning cycles along the way… critiques welcomed…

changed some details in the dial … also did a lil bit of compositing inside blender…

nice. needs a bit more depth though. looks like a piece of paper. Doesn’t look right so thin. render looks reallly good though

thanks @Dundaglan … apparently this is claimed to be the slimmest watch in the universe (only 3.5 mm thick) and the design is such that you dont see whole thickness (check the links )

may be what i can do is try to change the the FOV of the camera and may be add a lil DOF to get more depth… will post more tests soon …

changed the FOV a bit and also added some DOF as well in the third render
