Like the title suggests, text objects dissapear in game if resized (scaled) when editing- CTRL A does not help either. The only way to stop it happening is to keep the text the same size when you add a text object. I could make them meshes but then the text cannot be dynamic.
Is this a known bug?
After doing some experimentation, I’ve found that the BGE dislikes certain typefaces and resolutions- frustratingly its all very random. For example, Helvetica Neue will not show with object.resolutions of 3 or 4, while clones of Helvetica display fine. I assume the clones include less information so the BGE has to do less work.
