Text objects disappear from the scene, but remain in the hierarchy

Where did the text disappear and how to get it back? Honestly, he disappears on his own, I did not do anything! I don’t even notice at what point it happens: I just work an hour or two, and then I notice that the whole text is gone. Although the “text”-objects remain in the hierarchy of the scene and can even be deleted manually, they are not displayed on the scene. What kind of mystic?
It is very important for me to return the text to the scene, because I am modeling the room and I need to see all the sizes of the objects.

The screenshot shows that the text in the old backup is visible on the nightstand, but not in the new one, although it is also displayed in the scene hierarchy.

I attach the saved scene- Text.blend (588.1 KB). See for yourself and try to get the text back. It looks like a damn game!

You simply disabled the layer containing your texts.

Try shift-clicking the layer I marked in this screenshot:

btw. Any particular reason, you are still using 2.77?

You are my savior! I suspected the decision was trivial. Thank!

There is no principal reason. I am not a modeler, but simply create a project for my apartment, so I use Blender, which has remained on my computer for a long time.

You are very welcome. Glad I could help.
Anyways you should consider a upgrade to 2.79. It might be easier to help if you stumble over anything in the future and you use a current version.
Happy blending,
Markus.
