Texture Glitch in Rotation Transformation Manipulator

Hey there! I’ve been trying to solve this issue for forever and I can’t seem to figure out what the issue is. For some reason, when the transformation manipulators are set to rotate (and only rotate, translate and scale are fine) the textures seem to glitch out in the 3d viewport. Take a look for yourself!

I’ve concluded that the issue is not with the rig, as I’ve tried it on my laptop and it works perfectly normal. I’ve attempted to reinstall blender, reset my preferences, and import the rig into other blender files and nothing seems to work.
