I’ve a little texture (gras) with 32x32 pixels. I like this texture repeated on the complete ground without resizing it. I could simulate this is I play with Xrepeat and Yrepeat values or press t and resize the texture space until it fits. But is there no “repeat in original size” button? How could I do this?

I don’t quite follow what you are asking for. You have a grass texture, say for instance it was a repeatable gravel texture instead. A gravel texture could be a picture taken from 1 ft. away or 6 ft away and they would look quite different. You would have to map them differently for them to look correct.
Blender has no way of knowing the real life scale of your texture or what you have decided 1 blender unit represents. You have to give blender this information with the Xrepeat and Yrepeat values.
